We don't guess with your health and fitness. We use the latest technologies like the Muscle Meter, Measurz App and the AxIT system, which is technology previously only used by elite sports teams, to measure how our clients move and to help identify any areas of weakness, reduced power or inflexibility. We can also use it to track your progress.

The equipment allows us to perform a complete assessment of strength and power for any muscle in your body, as well as the movements you need to perform in daily activities or sport, including squats, lunges, deadlifts, hops, jumps, push-ups and many more.

We write personalised programs for you
